THE ORISSA COURT-FEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1939 THE ORISSA COURT-FEES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1939 PREAMBLE An Act to amend the law relating to court-fees in its application to the Province of Orissa Whereas it is expedient to amend the law relating to court-fee in its application to the Province of Orissa It is hereby enacted as follows: Section 1 - Short title and commencement (i) This Act may be called the Orissa Court-fees (Amendment) Act, 1939.
