BE it enacted by Parliament in the Tenth year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title, extend and commencement: a. The Act may be called the Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959. b. It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir. c.
