MAHARASHTRA STATE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION RULES 2000 MAHARASHTRA STATE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION RULES 2000 18th August, 2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) and Clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 41 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (10 of 1994), the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules namely RULE 01: SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT (1) These Rules may be called the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission Rules, 2000. (2) They shall come into force at once.
