THE BOMBAY ABKARI (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1912 [ Act No. 12 of 1912] [7th September, 1912] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Bombay Abkari Act, 1878.2 WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Bombay Abkari Act, 1878, in manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the previous sanction of the Governor General required by section 5 of the Indian Councils Act, 1892, has been obtained for the passing of this Act.
