Section1 - Short title and commencement.- Section2 - Definition.-In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- Chapter2 - CONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD Section3 - Constitution of the Board.- Section4 - Disqualification for membership.-Any person shall be disqualified to be a member of the Board, if he,- Section5 - Term of office and conditions of service of the Chairperson and Members.- Section6 - Appointment of officers and employees of the Board.- Section7 - Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings of the Board.-No act or proceeding of the Board shall become invalid Section8 - Meeting of the Board.- Chapter3 - FUNCTIONS AND POWERS OF THE BOARD Section9 - Functions and powers of the Board.- Chapter4 - FINANCE Section10 - Fund of the Board.- Section11 - Budget.-The Board shall prepare in each financial year a budget containing anticipated income and expenditure for the Section12 - Accounts and Audit.- Chapter5 - MISCELLANEOUS Section14 - Chairperson, Members and Employees of the Board to be public servants.-The Chairperson, members and employees of the Section15 - Protection of action taken in good faith.-No suit, or prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Section16 - Power to remove difficulties.- Section17 - Power to make regulations.-The Board may with prior approval of the Government issue necessary regulations for the Section18 - Power to make rules.- Section19 - Validation.-Notwithstanding the cessation of operation of the
