Amendment of section 50 . " In the principal Act, in section 50, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely: " "(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, the Board of Control appointed by notified order made under the Kerala Granthasala Sanghom (Taking over of Management) Act, 1977, shall remain in office till a Committee under sub-section (1) of section 39 of this Act is appointed."
