The Cochin Makkathayam Thiyya Act, 1940 Complete Act

.....a Thiyya dies leaving movable property in Cochin, in the absence of proof of any domicile elsewhere, succession to the property is regulated by this Act. Section 25 - No distinction between those born and conceived in the life time of the deceased For the purpose of succession there is no distinction between those who were actually born in the life-time of a person deceased and those who at the date of his death were only conceived in the womb, but who have been subsequently born alive.
