.....commission by children of acts endangering safety of persons travelling by Section20 - Arrest for offences described in this Act Any Tramway Officer, or Forest Officer, or Police Officer may, without Section21 - Inquiry by Forest Engineer into offences Where a Tramway Officer or a Forest Officer becomes aware of an offence Section22 - Punishment for illegal arrest of persons Any Tramway Officer or Forest Officer or Police Officer who illegally Section23 - Power to prevent commission of offences Every Tramway Officer and Forest Officer shall prevent, and may interfere for Section24 - Tramway officers deemed public servants All Tramway officers shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning Section25 - Indemnity for acts done in good faith No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant for Section26 - Operation of other laws not barred Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to prevent any person from being prosecuted Section27 - Power of Diwan to make rules The Diwan may make rules consistent with this Act Section28 - Rules on publication to have force of law All rules made by the Diwan under this Act shall be published in the Cochin
