Section1 - Short title, commencement and application Section2 - Definitions Section3 - Constitution of Board Section4 - Disqualification and removal Section5 - Resignation of Office by member and filling up of casual vacancies Section6 - Powers and Functions of the Board.- The powers and functions of the board shall be as may be prescribed by the rules Section7 - Secretary and Officers of the Board.- the Secretary and officers of the board shall be appointed through notification Section8 - Cess Authorities.- An officer or authority and the officers appointed to assist the officer or the authority shall be Section9 - Collection and Assessment of cess under certain circumstances.- The Government shall have powers to levy, assess and Section10 - Appointment of Registering Officers.- The Government may, by order notify in the official gazette, Section11 - Registration of motor transport and other allied workers Section12 - Manner of claiming social security benefit Section13 - Claims Authority Section14 - Creation of fund.- There shall be created by the Board a fund to be called the Motor Transport and Other Allied Workers Section15 - Utilization of fund Section16 - Maintenance of Accounts.- The Board shall maintain a separate and proper accounts of collections under this Act as part Section17 - Audit of Accounts.- The accounts of collections and reappropriated funds made under this Act shall be audited in such Section18 - Administration of collections.- The Board shall administer the collections and re-appropriated funds under this Act and Section19 - Direction by the Government to the Board Section20 - Appeal Section21 - Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against an officer Section22 - Power to make rules Section23 - Power to remove difficulty
