Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Twenty-fifth year of the Republic of India as follows :" 1. Short title and extent. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Public Wakfs (Extension of Limitation) Act, 1982. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. 2. Definition.
