DELHI SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1973 DELHI SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT, 1973 18 of 1973 9th April, 1973 An Act to provide for better organisation and development of school education in the Union Territory of Delhi and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows CHAPTER 1 PRELIMINARY Section1 Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Delhi School Education Act, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Delhi.
