DELHI HOMOEOPATHIC ACT, 1956 DELHI HOMOEOPATHIC ACT, 1956 11 of 1956 PART 1 PRELIMINARY PART Section1 Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956 (2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Delhi (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Sate Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint Section2 Interpretation (1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires.
