COUNCIL OF INDIA ACT, 1907 [Act, No. 35 of 1907] [28th August, 1907] PREAMBLE An Act to amend the Lam as to the Council of India. Be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
