Constitution of Secondary Education Board Fund. A fund to be called Secondary Education Board Fund shall be constituted and all sums received by or on behalf of the Board under this Act shall be placed to the credit thereof. 16. Custody and investment of the Secondary Education Board Fund. All moneys at the credit of the Fund shall be kept in the Government Treasury or the State Bank of India or the Assam Co-operative Apex Bank, Ltd., as the Board may determine. 17.
