enforcement of directions of the Reserve Bank to protect the interest of members and depositors of the co-operative banks licensed by the Reserve Bank and registered under this Act or operating in Delhi under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002 (39 of 2002), issue such orders or directions as he may consider necessary to a co-operative bank or banks and thereupon such co- operative bank shall give effect to such orders or directions and shall report to him the compliance within the time specified in the order or direction.
