SECTION 32: WORDS REFERRING TO ACTS INCLUDE ILLEGAL OMISSIONS In every part of this Code, except where a contrary intention appears from the context, words which refer to acts done extend also to illegal omissions. COMMENTS `Act' means something voluntarily done by a person, which includes writing and speaking or any external manifestation. It includes intentional doing or intentional non-doing.It means something voluntarily done by a person. `Omission' means the neglect to perform what the law requires.
