Section Text

a) takes from any purchaser for any postage stamp or quantity of postage stamps a price higher than that fixed by any rule made under (section 16) , sub-section (3), clause (a), shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, or with both; or (b) commits a breach of any other rule made under (section 16) , shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
