SECTION 53 : Penalty on pilot disobeying provisions of this Chapter Any pilot in charge of a vessel who disobeys, or abets disobedience to, any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees for each instance of such disobedience or abetment, and. in addition, shall be liable to have his authority to act as a pilot withdrawn
