(1) The 3 (a) [a] Substituted for the words "Local Government" by A.O.. 1937 ( 1-4-1917). [Government] alters the limits of a port under sub-section ( 1). it shall declare or describe, by notification in the 3 (d) [d] Substituted for the words "Gazette of India", by A. 0., 1937. [Official Gazette], and by such other means, if any. as it thinks fit, the precise extent of such limits.
