Section Text

In section 58AA of the principal Act,--

(a) for the words "Company Law Board", wherever they occur, the word "Tribunal" shall be substituted;

(b) in sub-section (3), in the first proviso, for the words" the Board", the words "the Tribunal" shall be substituted.
