S.237) or (S. 238) by the Chief Executive Officer or, as the case may be, by the Board shall, within thirty days after completion of the erection or re-erection of the building give a notice of completion in writing to the Chief Executive Officer or the Board, as the case may be, and the Chief Executive Officer or the Board shall on receipt of such notice cause the building to be inspected in order to ensure that the building has been completed in accordance with the sanction given by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board, as the case may be.
