Section Text

1) The Board shall deliver in bulk all the sewage to, the authority prescribed by the Central Government or the State Government, subject to such charges for the delivery of sewage of the area of cantonment as may be determined by means of an agreement entered into between that other authority and the Board.

(2) The agreement mentioned in sub-sec.

(1) shall provide also for a stipulation therein that in case of any dispute about the payments to be made to that other authority by the Board, the matter shall be referred to the Central Government whose decision thereon shall be final and binding on both parties.
