S.204) apply and in which the Board is not receiving a bulk supply of water under (S.207), the water-tax, if any, imposed in the cantonment and all other rates arising out of the supply of water which may be imposed under the provisions of this Chapter as applied by (S.204) shall be recovered by the Board, and all monies so recovered, or such proportion thereof as the Central Government may in each case determine, shall be paid by the Board to the Officer.
