Section Text

1) Every Board shall provide or appoint, in proper and convenient situations, public receptacles, depots or places for the temporary deposit or disposal of household rubbish, offensive matter, carcases of dead animals and sewage.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer may, by public notice, issued directions as to the time at which, the manner in which, and the conditions subject to which, any matter referred to in sub-sec.

(1) may be removed along a street or may be deposited or otherwise disposed of.

(3) All matter deposited in receptacles, depots or places provided or appointed under this section shall be the property of the Board.
