Section Text

3) of section 12 of the principal Act, the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:• "(3a) The Authority shall, while framing its schemes, consider the development plans of the concerned Local Self Government institutions and while implementing the schemes, the concerned local self Government Institutions shall also be allowed to participate as far as possible".
