Section 11 or any other law for the time being in force relating to opium 6 Words ins. by Ben. Act 5 of 1933.[and also any other thing or document which throws or is likely to throw any light on the alleged offence] ; and (d) detain and search, and if he think proper, arrest any person whom he has reason to believe to be guilty of any offence relating to such opium under this or any other law for the time being in force.
