SECTION 27: IMPRISONMENT IN DEFAULT OF PAYMENT OF FINE When any person is sentenced to pay any fine or penalty under this Act, such person, in default of payment of the same, may be imprisoned by order of the Magistrate for any time not exceeding six months or until the fine is sooner paid.
