SECTION 129: RIGHT OF ACCUSED TO COPY OF PROCEEDINGS AND SENTENCE Every person tried by a court-martial and convicted shall be entitled on demand to one copy of the proceedings and sentence of such court-martial free of cost but no such demand shall be allowed after the lapse of one year from the date of the final decision of such court.
