SECTION 128: TRANSMISSION OF PROCEEDINGS TO THE JUDGE ADVOCATE-GENERAL OF THE NAVY The trial Judge advocate shall transmit in accordance with the prescribed procedure with as much expedition as may be, the original proceedings or a complete and authenticated copy thereof and the original sentence of every court-martial attended by him to the Judge Advocate General of the Navy to be dealt with by him in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XV.
