Section Text

b), after sub-clause (ii), the following sub-clause shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2003, namely:- "(iii) on or after the 1st day of April, 2002, by the National Housing Bank : established under sub-section (1) ofSection 3 of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987-(53 of 1987) or by the Small Industries Development Bank of India established under sub-section (1) ofSection 3 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989-(39 of 1989)."
