1. You entered into a Lease Finance Agreement with my clients on ...................... and agreed to pay Rs................... and acknowledged the said debt in terms and conditions of the said Agreement

2. That you agreed to pay at the rate of Rs.................... per month towards monthly lease rent for a period of .................. months from............. to ..............

3. That by your letter dated ..............., you inter alia confirmed to our clients that you had installed the said Furnaces and that the Furnace was working satisfactorily.

4. That in discharge of your part liability you have issued a cheque bearing No.............. dated............... of Rs................ drawn on .............................. Bank ................ Branch in favour of our clients. The said cheque was presented by our clients in their banker .................... for encashment but to their shock and surprise that the said cheque was returned unpaid by your bank for the reason....................... vide bank memo dated..................

5. Under the circumstances our clients hereby called upon you, which we hereby do, to pay Rs.......... covered under the said dishonoured cheque to our clients within 15 days of receipt hereof, failing which our clients will take steps to prosecute you for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, which please note.
