COPYRIGHTS ACT, 1957

Authorisation to an Agent in Connection with all Matters and proceeding Under the COPYRIGHTS ACT, 1957.

I/We,...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... hereby authorise Mr. ......................., Advocate, and Ms. ......................., Advocate, all ..........................., .........., ..............................., ..............., India, to act as our agents for the purpose of making applications and obtaining registrations of the Copyrights, under the provisions of the Copyrights Act, 1957 and to represent us in all the matters in connection therewith and to maintain registration in force and to act in all matters under the Act and also authorise them to sign and execute such deeds and documents on our behalf and also the appointment of substitute(s) as may be necessary or expedient and requests that all notices, requisitions and communications relating thereto may be sent to such Agent at the above address.

We hereby revoke all previous authorisations if any, in respect of the above matter or proceedings.
