Arbitration Clause in a Building Contract
Alt disputes or questions concerning the works or the execution or
maintenance concerning
the
works or the constructions or meaning thereof
or the
specifications
drawings, plan, instructions, directions hereinbefore
referred to or as
to the quality of any work carried out or any other matter
arising out of or connected with or incidental to this contract or the works
to be executed or payments to be made in pursuance thereof, or the rights,
duties or obligations of any person in relation to this contract including right to claim damages or loss or i
nterest
on any amount due shall be
referred to the sole Arbitration of Mr... or the person nominated by him (or, to the Arbitration of the one or more Arbitrators one to be nominated by each
party to the dispute the total number not being even} and the Arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration Act, for the time being in force.
