We hereby undertake to indemnify you, your Successors and Assigns against all demands, actions or claims which may be made against you or your Successors and Assigns by any person whosoever for or in respect of the under mentioned goods or the nondelivery thereof as per bill of lading and also against all damages, losses, expenses and costs, which you or your Successors or Assigns may incur by reason of this notice and also to provide you with sufficient funds to defend any proceedings taken with respect to the under mentioned goods. We also undertake that so long as the goods are under our control to deliver the same to you, if you are compelled to deliver the said goods to the consignees.
