This bill of lading shall be subject to the provisions of Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, 1925, which will apply to the contract contained in this bill of lading and the ship owners and the charterers will be entitled to the benefit of all privileges, rights and immunities contained in the ' said Act. If any term of this bill is repugnant or inconsistent with any thing in the said Act, it shall be void to that extent but no further.
