Deed of Conveyance made at........... this.......day of..........between Mr
'A' the Administrator of the estate of the late Mr 'B' Indian Inhabitant residing at..........hereinafter referred to as the Vendor of the One part and

(3)all Indian Inhabitants carrying on business in partnership in the name of M/s X and Y hereinafter referred to as the Purchasers of the Other part as follows:-
WHEREAS
(1) The said Mr 'B' was seized and possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled, interalia to a piece of land situate at..........and more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written.
(2) The said B died intestate at.... on the...... day of....... leaving his widow, one major son and two minor children as his only heirs according to the law of intestate succession applicable to him and leaving some immoveable properties and investments in shares debentures fixed deposits etc. including the said property described in the Schedule here under written,
(3) In order to realise the said estate it became necessary to obtain Letters of Administration to the said estate from the competent court.
(4) The Vendor being the major son of the said deceased applied to the
High Court at..........(or District Court at.......)for Letters of Administration by petition No..............

The Vendor proposed to dispose of the said plot of land described the Schedule hereunder written as it was, not yielding any income ;

purchase of the said plot of land and among the several offers received, the

the same subject to the approval of the court.

............made in the said petition the said court sanctioned the sale with certain conditions: as to the utilisation of the said purchase price and on condition that the costs of the Deed of Conveyance including stamp duty and registration thereof would
be borne by the Purchasers alone, and authorised the Vendor to execute the Deed of Conveyance in favour of 'the Purchasers.
(10) The Purchasers have now requested the Vendor to execute these Presents which the vendor has agreed to do.
Now this Deed witnesseth that in the circumstances aforesaid and in consideration of the said sum of Rs........ paid by the Purchasers to the
Vendor on the execution of these Presents (receipt whereof the Vendor does here, by admit) he the Vendor as such Administrator as aforesaid doth hereby grant and convey unto the Purchasers all that piece of vacant land situate at........and more particularly describe in the Schedule hereunder written together with all the trees and other things permanently attached thereto and standing thereon and the privileges, easements, profits, advantages, rights and appurtenances whatsoever to the said land belonging and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever in law or otherwise of the Vendor into and upon the said plot of land hereby conveyed and every part thereof To Hold the same unto and to the use of the Purchasers as partners of the said firm M/s X and Y absolutely and forever but subject to, the payment of all taxes, assessment, dues and duties now chargeable or payable and hereafter to become chargeable or payable in respect of the said plot of land hereby conveyed, to the Government, local authority or any other public body. And the Vendor doth covenant with the Purchasers that he as such Administrator as aforesaid has not done or omitted to be done any act deed or thing whereby, or by means whereof he is prevented from conveying; the said plot 6i land to the Purchasers; in the manner aforesaid
