being the full consideration agreed to be paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor as aforesaid (receipt whereof the Vendor doth hereby admit) he the Vendor by his said legal guardian doth hereby grant and convey to the Purchaser the said immoveable property described more particularly in the Schedule hereunder written together with all things permanently attached to and standing thereon and all the privileges easements, profits, advantages, rights and appurtenances whatsoever to the said property belonging and all the estate, right, title and interest, use, possession, benefit, claim and demand whatsoever at law or otherwise of the Vendor to the said property and other premises hereby conveyed and every part thereof To Have and, To Hold the same unto and to the use of the Purchaser absolutely and forever but subject to the payment of all taxes, assessments, dues and duties now chargeable or payable or hereafter to become chargeable or payable in respect of the said property hereby conveyed, to the Government or any local authority or other public body And the Vendor by his said legal guardian, Covenants with the Purchaser that he the legal guardian has not done any act deed matter or thing whereby or by means whereof he is prevented from conveying the said property to the Purchaser in the manner aforesaid.
