WHEREAS
(1) By a Deed pf Settlement dated the ... day of ... made between Mr. B therein referred to as the Settlor and (1) X (2) Y and (Z) therein referred to as the Trustees of the Other Part and registered at the Office of the Sub Registrar at ... under Serial No. of Book No. I the Settlor did grant and transfer the property described in the Schedule thereunder written being the same as described in the Schedule hereunder written unto the said Trustees to the uses and trusts therein mentioned namely that the net income from the said property shall be paid to the Settlor during his lifetime and until his death and after his death the said net income shall be given to the Settlor's wife Mrs. A (being the Donee) during her lifetime and until her death., and after her death the Trustees shall hold the said property on Trust for the benefit of such Public Chart table Trust as the said A would nominate during her life time failing which the said property shall be held on trust for the use and benefit of XYZ absolutely.
