To Whom It May Concern
Whereas by a deed of trust dated         made between (names, addreps
and description of the parties) the following properties appear to have been conveyed unto and in favour of AB, viz. myself TO have and to hold the same in trust inter alia for the objects and purposes mentioned therein, AND whereas for reasons of health and other good reasons and considerations I, the said AB, am unable to take upon myself the responsibility of execution of the trust and carry out the objects to which I never gave my consent.
Now know ye all I, the said AB, do hereby declare and confirm that I have all along disclaimed and do hereby also disclaim the office of the trustee under the said deed of trust and all estate and interest in the properties intended to be conferred upon me which did never in fact or truth vested in me.
I further declare that I shall not at any time hereafter claim the said office nor any of the powers.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand and seal this 2nd day of June 2000.
