CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
I the undersigned have investigated the title of Mr. 'A' to the under
mentioned property, perused the title deeds and taken searches in the office
of the sub registrar at and the Collector of revenue.
mentioned property, perused the title deeds and taken searches in the office
of the sub registrar at and the Collector of revenue.
In my opinion the title of Mr. 'A' is clear, marketable and free from
encumbrance subject to what is stated hereafter.
(a) The property was purchased by 'A' from 'B' by a deed of conveyance
dated
It appears that the property was ancestral property in the hands
of 'B' a Hindu. It is not clear whether the sale by 'B' was for legal necessity. The other members of the family were not made parties to the conveyance and it is not clear whether there were any minors in the family of 'B'. The
said deed of conveyance is also not very old to create a presumption of
adverse possession by 'A'. 'B' had also created a mortgage but the release
or re-conveyance in respect thereof is not found in the search at the sub
registrar's office.
