I hereby give devise and bequeath all my undisposed of estate both moveable and immovable of whatsoever nature and kind, held, acquired by me, at my death to Smt....................... my wife and Shri................... My eldest son, both jointly, the said estate shall be enjoyed and used by them jointly as the absolute owner thereof in their sole discretion. I hereby further declare that this “WILL” of mine shall come into force after my death. I have executed this ‘WILL’ having been in possession of my full songs and in good health and when I have a sound disposing mind.
