3. 4. I hereby give and bequeath my all said properties to my said two daughters Mrs….…………. and Mrs…………… in equal shares and any income by way of sale proceeds of the said properties will entirely go to both the daughters in equal shares. If any of my said daughter died before my death then her share will go to her child. If child is more than one then every child will get equal shares.
5. I hereby further declare that this “will” of mine shall come into force after my death. I have executed this will having been in possession at my full senses and in good health and when I have a sound disposing mind. The execution of this “Will” is caused out of my free will and desire without any influence, pressure or coercion from anybody of any nature of whatsoever.
