I, Mr.................................. Indian Inhabitant an adult aged about .......... residing at ..................................... MAKE THIS MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT on this ................ (Date) I have not made by WILL or Codicil heretobefore and, if any such will and Codicil is found, I hereby revoke and cancel the same and declare this as may LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

2. WHEREAS I have acquired and accumulated with my earning and effort many properties movable and immovable, AND WHEREAS I am the sole and absolute owner of the said properties situated in the state of Maharashtra.
3. WHEREAS keeping in view of the Universal trust that life is mortal and most uncertain and disputes in family may possible arise relating to the inheritance of my property after my death and in order to save my estate from unnecessary litigation among my heirs and successors. I HEREBY BEQUEATH all my undisposed of Estate in the manner hereunder.
4. I hereby give and bequeath my residential house on my death of Smt.................. my wife, of my wife predecease me the said residential house shall go to my Son Shri............... and Office premises situated at......................... To my both sisters viz. but my sisters have no right to transfer, dispossess in favour of any body the said office premises. After death of my sisters, my son Mr................. have right over the said premises. Money advanced to my son Shri.................. being a sum of Rs............. For the purpose of starting a business will be recovered from the said son, who has promised to repay the said amount to me by way of issuing to me promissory notes, and the same shall be divided equally between my wife and son. 6. I hereby further declare that this “WILL” of mine shall come in to force after my death. I have executed this will having been in possession of my full sense and in good health and when I have a sound disposing mind. The execution of this “WILL” is caused out of my free will and desire, without any influence, pressure of coercion from anybody of any nature whatsoever.
7. I further state that I have understood the full implication of execution o this “WILL” of mine.
