THIS DEED OF PARTITION is made and entered into at…………………….. by and between (1) Mr. …………..……. hereinafter referred to as Mr. ………………, (2) Mr. ……………… hereinafter referred to as Mr. ……………… and (3) Mr. ……………… hereinafter referred to as Mr. ………………. that the properties described in the A, B and C schedules hereinunder written belonged to them as members and coparceners of their Joint Hindu family and by mutual consent they have partitioned the said property between themselves in the manner following as on and from this ……………….. day of …………….. that is to say the property described in the A Schedule is allotted and given to Mr. ……………….. in lieu of his one third share the property described in the B schedule is allotted and given to Mr. ………………. in lieu of his share and the property described in the C schedule is allotted and given to Mr. ……………. in lieu of his share and since the said date each of them has been in exclusive possession of the properties allotted to them to the exclusion of the others.

Pursuant to the said partition the Parties have applied to the Government Revenue and Municipal Authorities and got the properties transferred to their respective names in the Revenue and Municipal Records.

The movable property such as ornaments and jewellary, pots and pans and other household utensils and furniture have also been divided and each of them is in possession of the property given to him to the exclusion of the others.
