AND THIS DEED ALSO WITNESSETH that in pursuance of the said agreement and for the consideration of the said sum of Rs

the Transferors do and each of them doth hereby grant and transfer unto the Transferees and the Mortgagor doth hereby grant and confirm unto the Transferees all and singular the land and premises more particularly described in the Schedule to the said Deed (being the same as described in the Schedule hereunder written ) and all other the premises comprised in and granted or otherwise assured by the hereinbefore recited Deed of Mortgage and all their right, title, interest or claim therein to have and to hold the land and premises hereby granted or expressed so to be unto and to the use of the Transferees subject to such right or equity of redemption as is now subsisting in the said Mortgagor under or by virtue of the hereinbefore recited Deed of Mortgage AND the Transferors hereby covenants with the Transferees that they the Transferors have not at any time done or knowingly suffered or been party or privy to any act, deed, matter or things whereby they are prevented from transferring and granting the said mortgage debt and the interest thereon and the securities for the same in the manner hereinbefore mentioned.

on the due date or to pay any instalment of interest as herein provided on the date fixed for the payment thereof or commits breach of any other term of these present and of the said Deed of Mortgage the Transferees shall,
notwithstanding that the due date has not expired, have the option to claim the whole amount then due to them under these presents and to enforce their rights under these presents and the said Deed of Mortgage AND the Mortgagor doth hereby covenant with the Transferees that the Mortgagor has good right and full authority to confirm and transfer the said land and premises hereby transferred or expressed so to be unto the Transferees in the manner herein mentioned.
AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED between the parties hereto that nothing in these presents contained shall be deemed to impose or continue any liability on the Transferors or any of them for title or render the Transferors or any of them liable for or in respect of the Mortgage Debt hereby assigned or any part thereof or for the sufficiency of the security arising in any manner whatsoever or otherwise howsoever.
