Deed of Reconveyance

THIS DEED is made this.........day of....19

......between Mr.A of....hereinafter called "the Mortgagee" of the One Part: and Mr. B. ......of ....... hereinafter called "the Mortgagor" of the Other Part:
WHEREAS --
1. By Deed of Mortgage bearing date the
........... day of .......... and registered in the Office of the Sub-Registrar of     under Serial No ................ of Book No. 1 and made between the Mortgagor of the One Part and the Mortgagee of the Other Part, in consideration of the sum of Rs ...... to the Mortgagor paid by the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor did convey by way of mortgage to the Mortgagee the land and premises situated at .......... and more particularly described in the Schedule thereunder written (being the same as described in the Schedule hereunder written) TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto and the use of the Mortgagee absolutely subject nevertheless to the proviso for redemption on payment by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee of the sum of Rs .........and interest at the rate of ....... per cent per annum on the day therein mentioned.
2. The said principal sum of Rs

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH that in consideration of the said sum of Rs
............to the Mortgagee by the Mortgagor paid in full of all principal moneys and interest due and owing to the Mortgagee on the security of the said hereinbefore recited Deed of Mortgag e (the receipt whereof the Mort gagee doth hereby admit and from the same doth hereby release and forever discharge the Mortgagor) He the Mortgagee doth hereby grant and reconvey for ever unto the Mortgagor all the said land and other the premises in the said Deed of Mortgage comprised and described in the Schedule hereunder written with their rights, easements and appurtenances and all the estate, right, title and interest of the Mortgagee, therein to have and to hold the said lands and all and singular other the premises thereby granted or otherwise assured or intended so to be with their rights, easements and appurtenances unto and to the use of the Mortgagor forever freed and absolutely discharged of and from all the principal money and other moneys intended to be secured by the said Deed of Mortgage and of and from all actions, suits, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands whatsoever for upon on account or in respect of the said Deed of Mortgage or of any act, deed, matter or thing in anywise relating to the premises AND the Mortgagee for himself doth hereby covenant with the Mortgagor that He the Mortgagee has not at any time heretofore made, done or executed or knowingly or willingly permitted suffered or been party or privy to any act, deed or thing whereby or by reason or means whereof the said land, and premises hereby granted and reconveyed or intended so to be or any of them or any part thereof are can shall or may be impeached, affected or encumbered in title, estate or otherwise howsoever.
