between Mr "A' hereinafter called the Licensor of the One Part and M/s XY and Co., a partnership firm consisting of

WHEREAS
The Licensor is the owner of the premises consisting of a big hall at
.........And whereas the Licensees are carrying on business of selling ready made garments both foreign and indigenous
And Whereas the licensees propose to hold an exhibition for sale of a large stock of readymade clothes lying with them and have requested the Licensor to allow them to use the said premises for such purpose for a period of fifteen days only and which the Licensor has agreed upon the following terms viz;-
(1) The Licensor allows the Licensees to use the said premises for holding an exhibition for sale of ready made garments for a period of fifteen

(2) The said premises will be used only from 9 am in the morning to 9 p.m. in the evening. For the remaining period of the day the premises will be kept closed
"by the Licensor.
(3) On the expiration of the said period of fifteen days the Licensees shall vacate the premises by removing all the goods and other articles and things brought by them for the purpose of the exhibition.
(4)The-Licensees will be entitled to advertise the exhibition by putting up hoardigs and other contrivance of advertisement but so as not to cause any damage to the premises. If any damage is caused, the loss will be made good by the Licensees.
(5)The Licensees shall pay to the Licensor on the execution of this agreement a lump sum of Rs
............as compensation for the use of the said premises including charges for the electricity consumed.
(6) The Licensees shall also keep deposited with the Licensor a sum of Rs

on the execution of this agreement and which will be repaid to the Licensees on the expiration of the said period of 15 days subject to the deduction of any amount payable by the Licensees to the Licensor under or by virtue of this agreement.
(7) The Licensees shall not use or play recorded music with loudspeaker or otherwise or musical bands or parties.
(8) The goods for exhibition and sale kept in the premises will be at the risk of the Licensees and the Licensor will not be responsible for any or loss or damage done to them except due to his own act or omission.
(9)The lock to the premises will have two keys, one of them will remain with the Licensees and one with the Licensor. On the expiration of the said period of 15 days the Licensees will hand over the key to the Licensor.
(10) The Licensees will be responsible for the conduct of the Customers and any damage if any caused to the premises by the customers or others during the said period it will be at the cost of the Licensees who will make good the loss as will be assessed by the Licensor.
(11) Not withstanding anything herein contained if the Licensor feels that due to breach of any terms hereof or due to any danger to the premises for any reason it is not desirable to allow the exhibition to continue the Licensor will be entitled by twenty four hour's notice to ask the Licensees to vacate the premises and the Licensees shall do so accordingly and in that event this agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.
