THIS DEED is made entered into at ........................... this .................... day of .................. between Mr. ....................... residing at ...................... hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part of the One Part and Mr. ................... residing at ....................... hereinafter referred to as the Party of the Second Part of the Other Part-
WHEREAS the said ...................... is the sole owner in possession of the property situated at .................... more particularly described in the Schedule therein coloured with green, free from encumbrances and ......... is also the sole owner and in possession of adjoining land and property more particularly described in the Schedule therein coloured with Red free from encumbrances AND WHEREAS the said .................. and ........... have agreed to adjust, settled and remarket the boundaries respective properties by making convinces of land as hereinafter appearing and by fixing and providing for a new boundaries as hereinafter mentioned :
1. In pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of the conveyance by and agreement on the part of the said ................. hereinafter contained, the said ........... as beneficial owner do hereby grant, convey and transfer unto and to the use of the said ............. ALL the several pieces or parcels of land situate at, etc. aforesaid and containing respectively ............... and .............. square feet approximately which several pieces or parcels of land are more particularly described in Schedule A hereunder and delineated in the plan annexed hereto and therein coloured yellow : TO HOLD the same to the said ................ Absolutely.
2. In further pursuance of the said agreement and consideration of the conveyance by the said ................. hereinbefore contained, the said ................. as beneficial owner hereby conveys transfer unto and to the use of the said .............
