First Information Report
Sir,
1. Further to the F. I. R. dated ………….. I submit that occupant of flat ................. did the following mischievous/unsocial and illegal work on .................. threatens safety, security and wrecking moral courage of my family.
2. After we left for office today, the occupant threatened the workers saying that if they do not stop the work and go away, he would man-handle them. At that time, there were …….. extra people at ehrir balcony. Out of fear, the workmen left the place causing damage of about Rs………../-.
3. He has kept about …….. people outside our premises so that no work gm on due to the tension.
I was called on telephone by my family thereas I entered the house, I was entangled by about ……. people and threatened that I should not continue the construction.
I had told them that they should go through proper channel and that not through violence. The left again, threatening dire consequences. They said that they will bring another ….….. people and break the existing walls of portico also.
4. After I left for office, the occupants of 993 have forcefully entered my premises and have taken photograph and measurements of the area now being made. This illegal act on the part of 993 occupants constitute breach of security and further they threatened serious troubles to us.

5. In the evening a group of ……. people came at 5.45 p.m. brought some paper saying it is a notice. One of the four people acted as a vakil. He enquired for me and was told that I was not there. This time the person taking the measurements requested for a match box. He was not provided by my wife or the servant. They would have damaged my scooter and property, if the match box was provided on request. They again came after 40 minutes, my fancily asked them to wait at the gate for a few minutes. They told that they would come again after 30 minutes. Till 9.25 they did not turn up.
6. Afraid of assault and intimidation and insecurity to me, my family and my property, I lodged this F. I. R. for help and protection from the occupants of 993 of the Sector ……………
