The humble application of the above-named applicant most respectfully showeth as under:
1. That opposite party who is the vendor of disputed pieces of land the petitioner made a complaint before the learned Chief judicial Magistrate, .............. under Sections 420/467/463/126, I.P.C. against the petitioner.
